Parent Workshop for Early Years – 28th Octorber 2016
On Friday 28th October, Royal School hosted a workshop for Reception and Nursery parents, giving them information about how their child will learn and be supported in this early stage of their education (Messy Play). The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is how the Government and early years professionals describe the time in your child’s life between birth and age 5. This is a very important stage as it helps your child get ready for school as well as preparing them for their future learning and successes.
That was the first of many workshops available for parents, the feedback from this session was very positive and we look forward to upcoming sessions being as well attended. Our students had lots of fun playing around with their parents.
