The team in the kitchen excelled themselves at lunch time today with their ‘Chinese New Year’ themed lunch. The dining room was decorated beautifully and we were treated to a fantastic menu of warm noodle salad and vegetable spring rolls. The fortune cookies for pudding, together with exotic fruit salad were a real treat! Thank you to Fede and all the staff in the kitchen.
